Are the procedures expensive?
Some procedures are costly because the procedure itself must be repeated several times. However, we do offer discount packages and referral rewards programs to our clients, which make treatments and services more cost effective for the individual. We also have a convenient payment plan available for those who need extended credit.
Where are you located?
We are located in West Garden Grove, California, at the intersection of Valley View Street and Chapman Avenue. We are located on the northwest corner, next to Vons and Wells Fargo bank, within the "Skin Renaissance" building.
What can I expect with my first visit?
For aesthetic procedures such as Botox® or laser hair removal, there are certain requirements for clients prior to receiving treatment. Instructions can be provided over the phone when you schedule your appointment. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding your treatment and how to best prepare for it.
Can I use products to acheive the same results as an in-spa treatment?
The products we carry for our clients' home use is designed to maintain and protect the results they gain from treatment. However, all of our prescription-strength products are capable of giving you great results on their own merit without treatment. In fact, we invite you to try for yourself and see how well they work for you!
Do you accept insurance for your aesthetic services?
Unfortunately, we can only accept insurance for chiropractic care. However, there are credit and other payment plan options available for those with financial concerns. At Better Aesthetics, we believe that cost should never deter you from getting the services or products that you need and want.
